MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers)

Welcome to MOPS at Bell Creek Community Church!
What is MOPS?
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, a program designed to nurture mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten. We hope you find information and inspiration here.
We are a group of moms dedicated to ministering to other Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS International (see www.mops.org) groups exist throughout the world and are designed to nurture mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten. Moms need other moms. They need to know they are not alone. Mothers face a variety of challenges, especially new moms, but they have a heartfelt desire to be the best mom they can be. MOPS exists for every mom - urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single, and married moms - women from different walks of life who share the trials and joys of being a mom!
The MOPS experience equips women for the joys and challenges of their lives as moms. A key factor in the MOPS experience is the relationships built within a group, starting at the MOPS meeting and extending beyond, as moms are willing and able.
What is a MOPS meeting like?
Our MOPS meetings offer:
A haven for soothing frazzled nerves and forming lifelong friendships.
A chance to enjoy a delicious breakfast while meeting other moms.
A quality children's program where little ones are cared for and loved through activities.
An inspirational speaker who shares biblical truths and practical ways to fulfill the various roles of mother, wife, and woman.
An opportunity to complete a craft project that moms probably wouldn't have the time or energy to attempt at home.
A place to gain perspective and balance in a group that helps to bring out the best in moms.
MOPS at Bell Creek Communtiy Church meets every other Friday September to May from 9:30-11:15am at St Paul's Presbyterian Church 27475 5 Mile Road (see a map here).
